Yes, you can request a FIRC from your bank. If they are unable to provide it, we can assist in obtaining a FIRC certificate through our payment partner.

The FIRC certificate costs $29 per request.
The request must be made within 10 days of the transaction.

Once the payment is completed, you'll receive the FIRC via your registered email within 10 business days. If our banking partner is unable to issue the FIRC for any reason, the fee will be fully refunded.
