To protect user accounts and comply with regulatory obligations, Copperx enforces strict controls on account access.
Requests to change or update an email address, reset or recover lost 2FA, or delete an account are not permitted. Changing core authentication details would significantly weaken account security and increase the risk of unauthorised access, fraud, and financial loss.
These situations do not occur during normal account usage and typically arise when someone attempts to access an account they do not own. For this reason, Copperx does not provide any exceptions, recovery mechanisms, or manual overrides for email changes, 2FA resets, or account deletion.
