What happens after my KYC is approved?

Once your KYC is approved, your account is fully verified and ready to use. You will receive a confirmation email and your dashboard will show KYC Approved.

What you can do once approved

For individual accounts, the following features are now unlocked:

  • Receive funds — your Virtual US Bank Account details are now active and ready to share with senders

  • Withdraw to your bank — you can now add a beneficiary and withdraw funds to your bank account in your local currency

  • Send payments — pay vendors or contacts directly from your Kosh dashboard

  • Top up your Kosh Card — if you have a Kosh Card, you can now fund it from your USDC balance

  • Withdraw USDC — send USDC directly to your personal crypto wallet

Features such as team member management are available on business accounts only.

What to do next

Log in to your dashboard at payout.koshmoney.com and complete your account setup:

  1. Add your bank account details under the Beneficiaries tab

  2. Check your Virtual Bank Account details under Banking tab

  3. Start transacting

If your dashboard still shows KYC In Review after receiving an approval email

Try refreshing your browser or logging out and back in. If the status still hasn't updated after a few minutes, contact us at [email protected].


Your KYC approval is tied to the account and documents you submitted. Any significant changes to your personal details may require re-verification. Re-verification may also be required if your submitted documents have expired.
