Kosh does not support requests to change your email address, reset or recover lost 2FA, or delete your account.
To protect your account and comply with our regulatory obligations, Kosh enforces strict controls on core account authentication. Allowing changes to email addresses or 2FA credentials would significantly weaken account security and increase the risk of unauthorised access, fraud, and financial loss.
These situations do not arise during normal account use. For this reason, Kosh does not provide exceptions, recovery mechanisms, or manual overrides for any of the following:
Changing or updating your registered email address
Resetting or recovering lost two-factor authentication (2FA)
Deleting your account
