Is a rejection permanent?

Yes — a KYC Rejected decision is final and cannot be appealed. However, in some cases you may receive a Re-KYC Required status instead of a full rejection. This means your KYC was not approved but you are eligible to restart and resubmit.

If you receive Re-KYC Required

Check your dashboard and registered email for the specific reason. Once you understand what needs to be corrected, restart your KYC from the beginning and resubmit with accurate, valid documents.

If you believe there has been an error
