Overview

If you are trying to make a USD or EUR bank deposit into your Copperx account and are experiencing delays or issues, this article explains what is happening and what you should do.

Current Status

Copperx may experience temporary delays with US and EUR bank deposits during periods of partner updates or compliance holds. During these windows, deposits made via US or European bank transfers may not reflect in your account on the expected timeline.

What You Should Do During This Period

If you have been informed that there is an active issue with US or EUR deposits:

  • Do not initiate new deposits via these corridors until the issue is resolved. Making a deposit during an active hold could result in delays of several days or require manual intervention to recover the funds.

  • If you have already made a deposit and it has not reflected within the expected timeframe, please email [email protected] with:

    • Your registered email address

    • The amount and date of your deposit

    • The transaction reference or confirmation number from your bank

    • A screenshot of the transaction if available

Why Does This Happen?

These delays are typically caused by:

  • Banking partner system updates that temporarily interrupt the inbound payment flow

  • Compliance holds triggered by regulatory checks at the partner bank level

  • Scheduled maintenance by the correspondent banking infrastructure

These are temporary situations and do not indicate any permanent issue with your account or funds.

When Will It Be Resolved?

Our team works urgently to resolve all deposit-related issues. Once the situation is cleared, you will be notified and any pending deposits will be processed. For real-time updates, contact [email protected].
