UBO and director verification
For every individual owning 20% or more equity in the company, the following are required:
Government-issued ID — PAN Card, Aadhaar, or Passport
Proof of address — bank statement or utility bill not older than 90 days
Liveness check — real-time selfie verification
All directors must also submit identity and address proof.
For sole proprietorships
