Before you can send funds to a bank account, crypto wallet, or another person, you need to add them as a beneficiary first.
On the web platform
Go to Beneficiary in the left navigation at payout.copperx.io/app/beneficiary and click Add Beneficiary.
On the mobile app
Tap the + button on the home screen and select Send crypto.
Step 1 — Choose a beneficiary type
Type | Use this when |
Bank Account | Sending funds to a local or international bank account |
Crypto Wallet | Withdrawing to your own or someone else's wallet address |
Email Only | Sending funds directly to another Kosh user by email |
Step 2 — Fill in the details
Bank Account
You will be asked how you want to add the beneficiary:
I have their details — enter the bank details yourself. Choose Local Bank (ACH, IMPS, SEPA, etc.) for domestic transfers, or International (SWIFT) for cross-border transfers such as sending USD to India or UAE
Send them an invite — enter their email and Kosh will send them a link to submit their own bank details. Useful for businesses sending payroll to multiple employees without collecting bank details manually
Crypto Wallet
Enter the wallet address and select the network. Double-check both before saving — Kosh is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect address or network.
Email Only
Enter a nickname and the recipient's email address. Funds will be sent directly to their Kosh account.
Always verify beneficiary details carefully before initiating a transfer. Once a payment is sent it cannot be reversed.
